Moving or dragging a parent task to a different list will change the lists for the subtasks too.
To add a parent list without adding its children, toggle off "Apply to subtasks".
To protect users' privacy, people will only be able to see the identity of other users who've been added to a list they're on.
This means both people need to be explicitly added to the same list to see each other's name / avatar. If only one of you has been added, and the other is accessing the list as a logged out users via a Public access URL, you'll see Β user in places like: Assignees, Subscribers, Read receipts & typing indicators, chat and activity history, and the Share menu, etc.
