HeightHQ, Inc. ("Height", "we", "our", "us") offers a variety of team productivity, collaboration, and organizational tools available online, including via a mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), and websites, including but not limited to height.app and its subdomains (the "Websites").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
We may revise the Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, as determined solely by us, we will notify you (for example via email to the email address associated with your account). The most current version will always be posted on our Terms page. By continuing to use Height after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using Height.
By registering on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You may request to delete your own workspace(s) at any time from within our Settings → Workspace → General admin page and click "Delete entire workspace". Upon your request to delete a workspace, all Content from such workspace will immediately become inaccessible. After 30 days, content will be deleted from our servers and can no longer be recovered.
To use the Service and Websites you must be, and represent and warrant that you are, at least 13 years of age and competent to agree to these Terms. If Height has previously prohibited you from accessing or using the Service and Websites, you are not permitted to access or use the Service and Websites.
Height and its licensors exclusively own Height, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that Height is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights or notices incorporated in or accompanying Height.
Height grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy, and display Height solely in connection with your permitted use of Height.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Height its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
